Report 360 Account Deletion
Last updated: 1 June 2026
Website: report360.in
Service: Report 360
This page explains how users and customer administrators can request deletion of a Report 360 account, workspace access, company data, and related service data.
Deletion requests: email support@propip.net from your registered account email with the subject "Report360 account deletion".
1. Who Can Request Deletion
Deletion requests may be raised by:
- The registered user who wants their user account removed.
- A workspace or tenant administrator who has authority to request company data deletion.
- An authorised business representative for the customer account.
For business workspaces, we may require confirmation from the workspace owner, tenant administrator, billing contact, or another authorised representative before deleting company-level data.
2. How To Request Account Deletion
- Email support@propip.net from your registered Report 360 email address.
- Include your workspace name, company name, GSTIN/PAN/TRN if applicable, and the deletion scope you want.
- Tell us whether you want to delete only your user login, a specific company data set, or the full workspace.
- We will verify your identity and authority before processing the request.
You can also remove company data from the dashboard where the data deletion option is available, subject to your role and subscription status.
3. What Can Be Deleted
Depending on your role and the request, deletion may cover:
- User login profile, preferences, and access permissions.
- Synced Tally or ERP company data.
- Uploaded files and imported reporting data.
- Dashboard configuration and report metadata.
- Connector records that are no longer needed for the service.
Deleting company data will affect dashboards, reports, reconciliation views, AI context, exports, and historical analytics for that company.
4. Data We May Retain
Some records may be retained where required for legal, tax, accounting, billing, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, audit, contractual, backup, or legitimate business purposes.
Examples include invoices, payment records, tax records, subscription history, security logs, abuse-prevention logs, deletion request records, and backups retained for a limited period.
5. Processing Time
We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within a reasonable time after receiving the request. Completion time depends on the deletion scope, verification, active subscriptions, technical feasibility, backup cycles, and legal or operational requirements.
Dashboards may continue showing previous data for a short period while background cleanup finishes.
6. Subscription And Billing Impact
Account or data deletion does not automatically cancel an active paid subscription unless cancellation is also requested and confirmed. Refunds, if any, are handled under the Report 360 Refund Policy.
Before requesting deletion, customers should export any records they need to retain for accounting, audit, GST/tax, management reporting, or statutory purposes.
7. Recovery After Deletion
Deleted active data may not be recoverable. Backup copies, if available, are maintained for resilience and may not be restored for individual customer requests unless technically feasible and approved by Report 360.
